These are the 6 types of content that power your ads. The more variety you give us, the more we can test, rotate, and optimise. You don't need professional equipment. A modern iPhone and decent lighting is enough for all of these.

5-10 clips per month, no editing needed
Quick Rules
Do This
Shoot in both portrait and landscape. We use both.
Face a window or point a ring light at yourself. Good light changes everything.
Shoot in your clinic. The environment sells the practice before a patient even calls.
Send everything raw and unedited, straight from your camera roll. No touching it first.
Candid and natural always wins. Staged shots look staged.
Get written patient consent before sending anything with a patient in it.
Upload to WeTransfer, Google Drive, or Dropbox and share the link.
Avoid This
Sending files via email or Pumble. It squashes quality and makes our editors cry.
A bright window behind you or ceiling lights as your only source. You will look like a silhouette or a zombie.
Chopping off heads, cutting shoulders, or filming at weird angles. Frame it properly.
Filters, text overlays, or any editing before you send. Raw only. Always.
Shaky or blurry footage. Prop your phone or grab a cheap tripod.
Sending images you don't want used. If you send it, we may use it. When in doubt, leave it out.
⚖️
AHPRA Reminder: Patient content must capture non-clinical aspects only: the experience, the communication, what the transformation means to them personally. Avoid clinical claims or outcome guarantees. Always get written consent before any patient appears in content used for advertising. For patients under 18, parental or guardian consent is required.
How to Send Your Content
1
Gather Your Files
Collect all photos and videos from your camera roll. Send everything raw, straight from your phone. Do not edit, crop, filter, or compress anything first.
2
Upload to a Folder
Create a folder in Google Drive, Dropbox, or WeTransfer (wetransfer.com). Name it with your practice name and the month. Upload all files in full resolution.
3
Share the Link
Copy the shareable folder link. Make sure sharing is set to "Anyone with the link can view." Then send it to our team in Pumble. Add a quick note about any key shots or patient stories we should prioritise.
